Job Description:
GROWING, GROWING, GROWING! A major medical products manufacturer specializing in precision machined components is looking for a leader to direct their world class engineering department.
We are looking for a degreed engineer with 7 plus years of project engineering and leadership skills. This position will focus on new product launches, capital projects, process improvements and new technologies for manufacturing. Knowledge of precision machining, cnc multi-axis milling, EDM, and precision swiss CNC turning is required. Interested candidates should have a strong production machining experience. Knowledge of cutting tools, cnc programming, turning, milling and EDM. Strong project management skills and the ability to bring in state-of-the-art technology is also a must.
This position will manage 10 engineers in a new facility. Past experience in a FDA environment and/or machined medical products is a plus. This manufacturer of medical implants, bone screws and precision machined medical components has grown by 20% for the last several years.
