Job Description: Manufacturing Engineer – rotary transfer, dial transfer, Hydromat
A large international company has a great opportunity within their fluid power division. This plant produces valves, fittings and regulators.

We are searching for an engineer with strong knowledge of rotary transfer, dial index machines, dial transfer machines and/or line transfer machines. This engineer will need a strong technical background developing processes, designing fixturing, tooling and troubleshooting of equipment. Knowledge of cycletimes, feeds and speeds, loading devices and machining heads is required.

This is one of the Country’s largest users of rotary transfer technology. This position is responsible for all machine processing, routings, BOM’s, set up sheets and process documentation. The main focus is to standardize processes, group families of parts and to improve processes. Interested candidates should have the ability to work with tooling engineers, set up machinists, product engineers and vendors. Knowledge of threading, tapping, milling, cross drilling, drilling, forming, shaving, knurling and reaming processes is a plus. We will look at both degreed and non-degreed candidates with heavy rotary transfer machining experience. Our client offers career growth and advancement.

MUST HAVE: a minimum of 5 years of processing experience directly on rotary and/or dial index transfer machines. Knowledge of cycle time, speeds & feeds, machine processing and cutting tools.
