Production Machining Supervisor – CNC Machining, Automotive, Screw Machines

Tier One and Two supplier of engine components is searching for a Production Supervisor with strong leadership skills. Automotive experience, machining knowledge and the desire to grow in their career. This position will focus on planning, scheduling machinists, machine efficiencies, up-time, training and continuous improvements. Knowledge of high volume production machining is a must. Past experience with any production machine tool like CNC lathes, CNC swiss lathes, rotary transfer, screw machines and/or flexible machining systems is a huge plus.

We are searching for a minimum of 5 years of experience managing production of at least 25 machinists. This growing division offers career growth for the right candidate. Some experience using Lean Manufacturing techniques is preferred. Our client will offer a relocation package to move to the sunny Southwest. Great benefits and a very clean shop.

MUST HAVE: 5 years plus of supervision and experience working in a high volume production machining environment.
