Job Description: Process Engineer - CNC, screw machines, transfer machines

A division of a large plumbing and fluid regulator manufacturer serving commercial and industrial facilities is searching for a Process Engineer. Interested candidates should have 5 years plus processing multi spindle screw machines and CNC equipment. Dial transfer machining experience is a big plus. Interested candidates should have a solid background designing cutting tools, fixtures and machining processes for multi-spindle screw machines, cnc machining centers and CNC lathes. Knowledge of speeds, feeds and cycletimes is also required. The ideal candidate will have the ability to estimate cost, develop processes, select machine tool and develop tooling packages. Knowledge of form tools, drills, boring bars, reams, taps, thread rolls and cut off tooling is a must.

This division is in a newer plant and has excellent equipment. They offer a team orientated environment in a growing stable company. This client will relocate strong candidates. Must have 5 plus years developing tooling and processes for screw machines and production CNC machining equipment. Knowledge of computers and CAD design software is also a must.
